Born from the pencil of German Frers, the Hallberg-Rassy 48 is one of the new hulls that the Swedish shipyard has presented as part of the renewal program of its range, established for the high level of construction and for the undisputed seaworthiness of each model. Laminated by hand and joined by means of a sturdy banding, the HR 48 is made of fiberglass sandwich, Divinycell PVC foam, a plastic material with an open cell structure that gives the product greater solidity and lightness - and isophthalic resins. The living work, characterized by a deep flange intended to accommodate the bulb attachment, is fully stratified and is reinforced with Kevlar mats.
