Mediation conditions for the buyer: By receiving the information contained in this document relating to the boat of interest, the recipient acknowledges RYB Srl as the maritime mediator of the negotiation.
Commission: a commission of 5% + VAT on the established price will be payable by the buyer to RYB SRL (only in case of purchase), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the broker and the buyer.
Any third parties involved by the buyer (other mediator, consultant, captain, etc.) must be declared in advance. Co-brokerages or third-party commission claims involved by the buyer not promptly communicated and approved in writing by RYB SRL will not be acknowledged.
