Single owner, she has always sailed in the Central Adriatic with an average of about 60 hours per season, without ever incurring any particular breakdowns or malfunctions, the general condition of the boat is excellent, as well as the internal essences in Teka Gold are in excellent condition.
The Teak is natural in color, still maintaining a good thickness without particular cracks.
On the flying bridge, the sundeck cushions and all the seats on the aft sofa have been replaced.

The boat reflects a project strongly desired and conceived by Norberto Ferretti and born from the usual collaboration between Advanced Yacht Technology, the Ferretti Group's design center and Studio Zuccon International Project.
With its compact dimensions, 16 meters long and 4.94 meters wide, it makes it possible to experience the great luxury made in Italy and to sail immersed in a comfort hitherto unknown in this type of boat. Among the main novelties: the full-beam owner's cabin with chaise longue and two large open view windows that make it a real suite at sea level, immersed in a bath of light with natural shades and essences in teak gold;
The move of the galley from amidships to the stern creates a single open space that includes the saloon, galley, dining area and cockpit, without interruption thanks to the tilting window. The sky lounge without roll bar and the presence of a spoiler exhibit a sporty but very elegant line.
On board, on the right is the perfectly equipped galley positioned aft and designed for an owner who experiences the boat firsthand. On the left, a comfortable storage unit with doors and also on the left a large corner sofa, very deep and equipped with an extendable high table, which can accommodate up to 6 people; forward of the galley there is another sofa with double seat, the sleeping area has solutions normally adopted for larger boats, with three double cabins, two with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The full-beam master cabin has a private bathroom and a large wardrobe. The inclusion of the two large open-view windows with opening portholes are an important milestone in the optimization of space and equates the 530 with considerably larger boats.
