The price is undoubtedly fantastic, even when there's bit of TLC to pour in.
The yacht has been sitting for a while; not that much, but she still needs some restart cares. The main topic is the milking effect on the interior woodwork; and we're pleased to formally announce we're ready to solve that in not much time, and definitely not much expense.
Other than that it's: services, hull preparation and cleanings/polishings. All those are due to be sorted out.
The yacht is coming with the regular layout:

Lower deck: 2 vips, 2 guests. BUT One notice: the guest cabin to stbd has been turned into office, with working deck and sofa. Pretty easy to turn her back to the orginal twin cabin, like it is to port, as the bathroom is regularly there.
