Guido Abbate founded the shipyard of the same name in 1946 in Lenna, on the shores of Lake Como.
Passionate about the world of motorboat competitions from a young age, in the fifties he specialized in the construction of prestigious wooden motorboats such as the Villa d'Este, the California and the Eden Rock.
The latter represents the twin-engine model of the fleet of which only 7 examples have been produced.
The boat in question, launched in 1960, is one of seven units produced.
It is in perfect condition thanks to the obsessive attention of the current owner.
The engines, although of the time, are not the original ones (no matching number).
