This 31.22-meter motoryacht built by the Leight Notika shipyard in 2003 and refitted in 2022, is now in extremely well-kept general condition, with an aesthetic and technical level comparable to a recently built unit. The NEW teak and the hull completely repainted in elegant blue tones, gives the boat a modern and well-maintained image, the result of careful and constant management over time.
From a technical point of view, the unit has benefited from significant interventions: the main engines were completely overhauled (W6) in 2024, flanked by generators installed in 2022 and electric fin stabilizers, operating both in navigation and at anchor. In the same year, the air conditioning system was also updated.
The boat offers significant volumes for the category, with a particularly spacious owner's cabin and well-organized storage areas, characteristics that make it suitable for both private and professional use. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The internal helm station is located on the middle deck, a solution that allows a functional separation between the operating area and spaces dedicated to life on board. The main salon stands out for its size and volumes, equipped with a bar and with large surfaces the open layout guarantees continuity between the living and dining areas.
The interior layout includes four cabins for a total of eight guests. The owner's cabin is one of the distinctive elements of the unit: very large spaces and configuration with an open bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, a solution that emphasizes the concept of openness and volume. The guest cabins are divided into a VIP cabin, a double cabin with a French bed and a twin cabin, offering a versatile configuration suitable for different types of use. All cabins have en-suite bathrooms and dedicated storage spaces.
Particular attention has been paid to the storage spaces, present in significant quantities both in the guest areas and in the service areas, making the boat suitable for prolonged stays on board.
