ERAORA – MURAL YACHTS 28.40 M – 2011
ERAORA is an impressive 28.40-metre bluewater sailing yacht, built in 2011 by Mural Yachts in Turkey. With her exceptional 7.46 m beam, she offers remarkable interior and exterior volumes for a sailing yacht of this size.
Designed for long-range cruising and offshore navigation, ERAORA combines a particularly robust mahogany strip-planked and epoxy construction with a powerful sailing rig and reliable twin-engine propulsion provided by 2 × Cummins QSL9 330 HP engines. Her twin-engine configuration, new Side-Power bow thruster installed in 2025 and two 35 kW Westerbeke generators provide excellent autonomy and ease of manoeuvring.
The interior has been designed around space and comfort. ERAORA accommodates guests in 4 en-suite cabins, comprising two spacious double cabins and two twin cabins. The impressive main salon features a bar, dining area for eight guests and a generous lounge. Separate crew quarters can accommodate up to 5 crew members.
Outside, ERAORA offers extensive teak decks, a large cockpit and a spacious flybridge with a second helm station, dining area and relaxation spaces protected by a fixed bimini. INTERIOR LAYOUT
The exceptionally spacious main saloon features a fully equipped bar and service area to port, complete with sink, refrigerator and ice maker.
To starboard, a large dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. A generous sofa is positioned to port, facing a large television.
The navigation station and interior helm are located to starboard.
A staircase leads down to the four guest suites.
Aft, a second staircase provides access to the crew area, comprising a large fully equipped galley, crew mess, captain’s cabin and separate bathroom. This area also connects directly to the engine room and garage, where additional refrigeration and laundry facilities are located.
GUEST ACCOMMODATION
Two symmetrical double cabins are located amidships. Each features a desk, generous storage space, a large fixed window providing excellent natural light and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
The two forward guest cabins are also symmetrically arranged and benefit from opening portholes. Each offers a generously sized outboard berth together with an inboard single berth, ample storage and a private en-suite bathroom.
CREW ACCOMMODATION
The crew cabins are located forward and can accommodate up to four crew members, with access through a large deck hatch.
The captain’s cabin is located aft, close to the galley and technical areas.
