Owner speaks : After two and a half years of sailing on the JOUR, what stands out is the sense of safety offered by this yacht, which handles very well. The helm remains responsive, even when the wind picks up; the boat moves swiftly and straight, responding to the slightest adjustment of the sails. It is particularly fast, especially in a moderate wind. At the end of 2023, we decided to buy this yacht after viewing several dozen others. The solidity of its construction, particularly its rigging, was unrivalled compared to other yachts. The teak cladding on the exterior is very comfortable and attractive, and dates from 2016. But it was also the interior that sealed the deal. The quality of the teak panelling, the clever layout, and the brightness and spaciousness of the living areas immediately won us over. We felt at home straight away, and that feeling has never wavered. We constantly felt as though we were living in a high-quality, even luxurious, space that was very practical and very well designed. We understood why the previous owner had kept it for so long. How could we find anything better ? We had planned to keep this boat for three years, and we carried out our project with an initial leg in the Mediterranean followed by two Atlantic crossings.
