This 2021 Aquila 54 Yacht in the Owner’s Version offers a particularly desirable 3-cabin layout, featuring a spectacular full-beam owner’s suite, complemented by a VIP cabin with queen-size bed, a twin guest cabin and a separate crew cabin with bunk beds. The yacht has 4 bathrooms/heads in total.
With an overall length of 16.50 m and a beam of 7.68 m, the Aquila 54 Yacht offers exceptional volumes both inside and throughout its extensive outdoor living areas. Its layout makes it particularly well suited to family cruising, extended stays on board and autonomous cruising programmes in the Mediterranean or further afield.
Power is provided by 2 Cummins QSB 6.7 engines developing 550 HP each, with approximately 830 engine hours, coupled to direct shaft-drive transmissions. Two bow thrusters make manoeuvring easier. The yacht offers a cruising speed of approximately 17 knots and can reach 22 knots. With 2,200 litres of fuel and 1,000 litres of fresh water, she is well equipped for extended cruising.
One of the major strengths of this yacht is its exceptional level of energy autonomy. She is equipped with an 18 kW Kohler generator, a substantial 1,600 Ah Mastervolt lithium battery bank, 3 Mastervolt Combi 3,000 W inverter/chargers and 7 SunPower Maxeon 400 W solar panels, providing a total solar capacity of 2,800 W. A 350 L/h watermaker and 77,000 BTU chilled-water air-conditioning system complete an installation ideally suited to extended periods at anchor.
The navigation electronics are equally comprehensive, including a Raymarine Axiom Pro 16", Raymarine 4 kW radar, AIS 700, Evolution autopilot, Ray63 VHF and CAM220 docking camera, together with wireless remote control. The Dockmate system allows remote control during manoeuvres, while UniFi Wi-Fi and Starlink provide excellent connectivity on board.
Outside, the Aquila 54 features a large full-beam hydraulic bathing platform, an Opacmare hydraulic gangway, a flybridge with hardtop, generous forward sunbathing areas and genuine teak decking throughout. The anchoring equipment includes a 65 kg Ultra anchor with 120 metres of 12 mm stainless-steel chain.
Interior comfort is equally impressive, with a fully equipped galley including a large refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ice maker and 23-bottle wine cooler. A second 65-litre stainless-steel refrigerator is installed on the flybridge.
The multimedia system includes a 65" LG OLED TV in the saloon, a 55" LG OLED TV in the owner’s suite, televisions in the guest cabins and on the flybridge, as well as a premium Fusion Apollo audio system with Focal Littora and KEF speakers divided into four independent audio zones. Aqualuma RGB underwater lighting completes the equipment.
Finally, the yacht comes with an impressive selection of water toys and leisure equipment: a Highfield 380 tender with 60 HP outboard engine, two Stellar Surfski kayaks, several SUPs, a Hobie Mirage, Tiwal 3 and a Powerdive Powersnorkel diving system.
