CONSTRUCTION AND BEHAVIOR
Sandwich hull and deck with Airex core, unidirectional and biaxial fibers and epoxy/vinylester resins according to the technical model documentation. L-shaped keel with lead bulb and single deep rudder.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Lombardini Marine 40 HP, inboard diesel. Lombardini Saildrive transmission. Engine speed: about 5-5.5 knots at moderate speed; over 7 knots at most.
AUTONOMY AND MANAGEMENT
Two water tanks for a total of 400 L; diesel tank for
150 L. Bow lockers, side lockers and large locker under the cockpit.
SAILING EQUIPMENT
6 Harken winchs, one of which is electric; Harken genoa trolleys. Harken mainsail traveler; mainsheet with German sheeting system.
Hydraulic backstay, removable bowsprit and furling jib. Battened triradial mainsail, with 3 reefing coats (two single circuit). Triradial genoa, gennaker with sock, storm sail and sheltered spare jib. Cruising sails in DCX fabric; mainsail and genoa declared recent (about 2 and 3 years old at the time of description).
