TITANGO from the shipyard Alexandre Genoud boats-wood, maintained by a nautical yard (wood/epoxy construction, hull paint 2020, deck and transom varnish 2020, new HB engine). Mast and standing rigging 2022. Wintered in a hangar for 7 months a year.
A ballasted keelboat with low freeboard (0.30m/1.40m), it offers great sensations to its crew.
Deck in teak, transom in mahogany, bowsprit in Oregon pine, the Titango combines different wood species to better seduce you.
The narrow cockpit is framed by a light coaming, and the mainsail sheet car is rejected on the aft deck with the sheet returning to a central tower.
The interior in mahogany slats is superb.
The hydraulic lift command of the keel on a stainless steel ram is very accessible.
The outboard installation is a model for a small unit (well under the tiller).
This day-boat is equipped with a suspended rudder that lifts horizontally and a pivoting lead keel (220 Kg) that allow it to run aground or be transported on a trailer.
