Following the financial crisis of 2008, Anchorage Advisors and Oaktree Capital Management took over in 2009, bringing new life to the company. In 2018, facing financial challenges, Bavaria had to declare bankruptcy but quickly found new momentum under the leadership of Capital Management-Partners GmbH, thus asserting its resilience and ability to navigate turbulent waters.
