Pilot boat in very good condition. Separate bathroom with sink and electric toilet. Work carried out in winter 2023: antifouling + repainting of wooden parts. Complete restoration of the hull, deck and interiors in 2019 with protective/conservative treatment with epoxy resin and replacement of all sea intakes and drains. The electrical panel has been redone from scratch.
