The Marex 440 is part of a new generation of cruise boats launched by Marex, combining elegant design with technological innovations. The manufacturer has focused on ergonomics, comfort, and family safety to develop this boat. For the 2024 edition of the European Powerboat Award, the boat won the prize in the category for boats over 14 meters awarded by Boote magazine.

Two versions are available for the model's production, depending on the boat's use and customer preferences. The Scandinavian version features a salon door and an additional seating group in the salon. The Gourmet Cruiser version includes a double kitchen and a bar module with chairs or a sofa of choice. A sliding door with a retractable window can also be installed.
