Technical commentary on the hull
The shipyard focuses heavily on composite materials. Steels are used for tientibenes, hinges and various parts. The fiberglass parts are processed by spraying in the neopentylic gelcoat molds, which offers high resistance to the phenomenon of osmosis, on which the fiberglass structure soaked in liquid resins of orthophthalic and isophthalic type is then stratified depending on the points of the hull and their proximity or not to the water surface. At the points of greatest stress, the construction site inserts coremat and balsa reinforcements. Between shell and deck is injected closed-cell foam, which increases the sound insulation of the hull, while for some components (such as the console) the "injection" system is adopted. Between the shell and the deck are inserted wooden reinforcements covered with resin, which form the skeleton of the hull. The spaces on board are quite ergonomic, especially in the bow /stern passages and vice versa.
