History
The CAYMAN YACHTS brand was founded in 1990, initially under the umbrella of the Mochi brand (with a 30-foot model of which 70 units were sold in the 10 years of production). In 1996, the founder Luigi Prosperi moved the Cayman brand, of which he was the sole owner, to the headquarters in La Spezia and gave impetus to the company Cantieri Navali del Tirreno together with his son Paolo, a nautical engineer.
The models
In the same period, Cayman Yachts launched the Cayman 38 Walk Around model, the first of a long series of successes, which was followed by numerous Fly, Hard Top and Walk Around models from 43 to 58 feet. In 2016, the Cayman Yachts brand was purchased by the Flag Marine group of Rosignano Marittimo (LI).
