The Grand Soleil 52 designed by German Frers and built in the 90s by the Cantiere del Pardo is recognized by all as a great classic... this recognition is not obtained by chance. The proposed example is in excellent condition thanks to constant maintenance work it has enjoyed over the years, the rod rigging was replaced in 2019, white lacquered mast, boom and spreaders in the same year, the engine has been maintained and overhauled over the years: replaced raiser, Intercooler 2012, fresh water pump 2014, exhaust pipe 2015, Axle headset 2022, seawater pump 2023; engine coolant reservoir and replacement hoses 2025. Replaced propeller shaft and sealing boot. Complete 2013 anti-osmosis treatment and replacement of seacocks. Battery pack12X2 volts 2023. Hydraulic vang overhauled 2014, hydraulic backstay overhauled 2018.
In 2022, a major refitting was carried out: complete refurbishment of the deck teak, complete painting of the deckhouse including the side bands and stern, total replacement of the gunwale. 2025 Complete sandblasting of the living work, 5 coats of epoxy cycle and 2 coats of antifouling. Removal of the rudder blade control and replacement of the sealing packing.
