The boat, the sole owner, is overall in excellent general condition, with all maintenance carried out regularly over the years. The deck was entirely redone in 2021, removing the old teak and replacing it with synthetic teak, which requires minimal maintenance. The sprayhood has been replaced recently and the console cover is new. The most important work carried out in 2018 was the replacement of the engine and sail drive, which is why the boat has very few hours of use.
The interior is in excellent condition thanks to the complete remaking of the woods, which have been sanded and painted with about seven coats of paint.
The sails on board include mainsail, jib and gennaker. Fairing brought to zero, applied two coats of primer and two coats of anti-icing in July 2024.
