With its sixteen meters in length, a light displacement of nine tons, and a sail area of 154 m² upwind, this aluminum “Levrier des Mers 16” stands out as a fast and secure cruising sailboat, designed by the renowned Finot. The “Barzoï,” the first model of this series, was unveiled at the Paris Boat Show in 1988.
 
This boat has sailed the waters of the Mediterranean over the past 5 years with a small crew. The owner has meticulously maintained and upgraded the yacht to simplify maneuvers for two people.
Designed for easy sailing, the boat is equipped with all halyards and reefing lines led back to the cockpit (2019), an electric winch to port (2019), and all necessary electronic information (2019) at the helm station. A survey conducted in December 2017 is available. Since this survey, the owner has made the following improvements:
 
The engine, from 2019, is regularly serviced and currently has 1100 hours of operation.
 
Installation of an electric toilet and a refrigerator unit in 2019, along with a complete renewal of the bedding in 2019.
 
Addition of an electric winch, a lazy bag, and a RAYMARINE external navigation screen, with all maneuvers and reefing lines led back to the cockpit.
 
The sails are stored during winter by a professional sailmaker.
